I received some very sad news today: Peter Lloyd, the great artist featured in Overspray, has passed away. I never met Peter, but by all accounts he was a wonderful man besides being a truly extraordinary artist. Peter’s work can be seen in the PictureBox Gallery and of course in Overspray. He excelled at pristine visions of space and light. His paintings were immaculately composed and rendered, and his imagination ran towards the cosmic, as well as the comic. My heartfelt condolences to his family. We have lost one of our best.
